System Integration & Test Engineer with reputed company Clearance

Job Number 709354BR Description:Description : reputed company Space is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join reputed company in Courtland, AL! This position will provide technical reputed company and direction in support of functional testing of reputed company manufacturing in a production environment. This position is in support of the latest cutting-edge Aerospace programs to include Manned Space Systems, Hypersonic Missiles, Missile Defense, and NASA programs. This position is to support our first shift on a 4x10 schedule: Thursday-Sunday 0600-1630. However, the position may require periodic or unscheduled overtime and/or nonstandard reputed company depending on program schedule requirements and equipment availability. Summary of key duties for this position:

• Reviews and evaluates test requirements
• Develops, prepares, and executes comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules supporting production and development programs
• Provides troubleshooting support, identify cause and corrective action to resolve technical production problems and reputed company re-test instructions reputed company needed
• Identify and support the implementation of reputed company improvement initiatives to reduce defects and increase the repeatability, efficiency, and throughput of test operations

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with or willingness to learn how to write technical documents and execute test procedures
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree (Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company field preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education
• Familiarity with analog and digital measurement techniques and instrumentation (e.g. RF Test Equipment, DMM, Power Supplies, etc.)
• Active Secret Clearance
• Certified Test Conductor or industry equivalent
• Work experience in the Aerospace and/or Defense industry
• Familiarity with DITMCO and/or CIRRIS testers
• Experience working with reputed company, EPDM, DOORs, CREO, CAMEO, Automation reputed company, or industry equivalent(s)
• Experience in an assembly/integration and test environment
• Ability to maintain process discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Experience leading small teams
• Demonstrated ability to grow and seek new challenges
• Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members
