Reporting to the Food Safety and Quality Director of Systems and Compliance, the successful candidate ensures strategic projects are identified, managed, and executed to drive superior performance and value creation across the food safety and quality organization. The role serves as the functional project reputed company for strategic business projects such as network moves or new builds. This position also leads the Global FSQ team’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring initiatives and helps in drive improvement through Advance Problem Solving processes. What you’ll be doing. tRegional MDI reputed company for FSQ Function: Deploying and verifying FSQ expectations at each phase (Foundations, Stabilization, Acceleration & Sustainability). tCross functional/departmental MDI playbook development leadership. tLeads the ongoing Global FSQ KPI review calls. Ensures trends are investigated, root cause analysis is completed, and projects are in reputed company to improve performance. tManages the portfolio of reputed company improvement projects for the Global FSQ function (KPI improvement projects, complaint reduction workstreams/projects, value savings) tManages governance processes of key programs and systems to ensure alignment and compliance globally. tRoot cause analysis / advanced problem-solving facilitator. tContinuous Improvement / KPI Improvement project leader (complaint reduction, quality/food safety incident improvements, non-conforming product reduction). tDevelop the Cost of Non-Conformance Program: Create program and tracking; identify value savings projects (hold reductions, first time quality). tFSQ Leader for strategic global business projects: new builds, technology deployments tLiaise with cross-departmental FSQ personnel and assist where applicable in the setting of key performance indicator targets and objectives that compliment company policies and goals. tEffective presentation and communication skills to distill information to broad audience and senior leaders. tOther duties as assigned. t Qualifications: tMinimally holder of a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in a similar role. tDemonstrated expertise in project management and reputed company improvement initiatives that span multiple sites or a region. Proficient use of statistical methods. tStrong problem-solving skills and knowledge of root cause analysis tools to be used on mechanical, processing, quality and food safety issues. Ability to identify gaps and propose solutions. tMust have working knowledge of food safety principles and practices, computer systems, and production processes in the food industry. Compensation

Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility The above reflects the reputed company compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
