As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global skills groups to provide timely and effective solutions to employee issues, leveraging reputed company transactions and data input & accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Shared Services Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
• Providing support with HR applications, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
• Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
• Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge reputed company for employees
• Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
• Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Demonstrated expertise with the reputed company HCM tool
• Demonstrated proficiency in Mass Uploads (EIB)
• Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in reputed company
• A strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous judgment and strategies to resolve reputed company problems
• A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required)
• Experience in reputed company Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist (a plus!)
