Key Responsibilities
As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support throughout the collision repair process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and maintaining work schedules to ensure seamless communication with our internal body shop and authorized collision centers
- Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to ensure that reputed company necessary information is shared and that repairs are completed reputed company
- Preparing vehicles for arrival, including coordinating with rental companies and ensuring that reputed company necessary documentation is in order
- Managing WARP and CCC systems to track vehicle arrival and repair status
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication to ensure that customers are informed and satisfied throughout the repair process
- Coordinating rental vehicles and ensuring a smooth reputed company to customers
- Updating vehicle status and repair information in our systems
- Reordering materials and components as needed to ensure that repairs are completed reputed company

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
