About the Role

As a Manager, Customer Experience, you will be an integral part of our Consumer Experience team, focusing on teammate support and strategic partnerships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring a unique reputed company of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Tools, to drive improvements in consumer experience
  • Independently analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization, developing actionable plans to reputed company business OKRs

We’re Looking for

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product, or reputed company fields, with a focus on support strategy being a plus
