About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional reputed company Manager to join our global Customer and Product Success team, working remotely from Mexico. As a key member of reputed company, you will own a portfolio of customer accounts, operating as a trusted advisor and partner to blithequark customers. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion
• Deliver customer training and education on blithequark's console and solutions, ensuring customers maximize the benefits of our products and services
• Build and maintain deep, healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders, including CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, and cloud architects, to align our solutions with their business objectives
• Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans in collaboration with blithequark's Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and leadership team
• Evaluate and analyze customer needs, sharing insights with the blithequark organization and your manager to drive reputed company improvement and customer satisfaction
• Act as a customer reputed company, building trust and transparency with customers and escalating problems and feedback to the engineering team, product managers, and other departments as needed
• Maintain a detailed understanding of blithequark's products and services, as well as customer use cases, to advise customers on how to reputed company our solutions more effectively

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reputed company in a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of driving reputed company and achieving targets
• 1-2 years of experience working with public cloud platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive business relationships with customers and team members
