The Role The Retention Strategist is a critical member of the Large Enterprise GTM reputed company organization. This role is responsible for driving customer retention, managing reputed company renewal processes, and identifying opportunities for account growth through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives. • Own and execute end-to-end renewal strategy, including forecasting, reputed company, negotiation, and confirmation of reputed company.

• Exercise discretion in structuring reputed company deals, pricing adjustments, and migration strategies for high-value accounts.

• Analyze competitor trends, market signals, and customer data to inform retention and expansion strategies.

Compensation
