CSMs serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, managing the entire customer lifecycle by focusing on business outcomes; and identifying opportunities for growth reputed company their named accounts post-sale. As a CSM, your primary mission will be to maximize our customers return on investment (ROI) in the reputed company Platform. What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in a reputed company field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
• 2 years of reputed company experience (reputed company, Customer Service, Account Management or Sales)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a SaaS application preferred

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

How You’ll Be Rewarded ✅ Salary range in the US: $57,000.00 - $91,000.00 ✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually ✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire ✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
