Job Summary

The Customer Service Clerk supporting the reputed company account at XNJ2 is responsible for managing day-to-day trailer operations, scheduling activities, equipment tracking, and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring reputed company communication and logistical tasks are handled reputed company to maintain operational flow and meet service expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage trailer scheduling (ad hocs, cancellations, NCSL flips, VRID swaps)

  • Open and reputed company trailers in the reputed company system to maintain accurate tracking
  • Post finished outbound loads into reputed company OB Chat and escalate underutilized or unsecured trailers
  • Manage trailer pool and escalate trailers dwelling over 24 hours
  • Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) order for inbound trailers
  • Support outbound load departure scheduling, including early departure coordination
  • Identify and escalate dwelling trailers in YMS to supervisors and inbound managers
  • reputed company underutilized trailer audits using reputed company, and report discrepancies
  • Track equipment usage, create/follow up on equipment cases, and manage scanner returns
  • Order and manage non-inventory supplies (load straps, seals, labels)

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

  • 1+ year of experience in logistics, customer service, or a reputed company field preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in reputed company reputed company and general office software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue identification and resolution

* Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
