About the job: We are in search of a hard-working, creative, remote instructional designer to create training solutions for both external customers and internal sales teams. This individual must possess excellent teamwork qualities along with strong communication and consultative abilities. You’ll be responsible for: Conduct needs analysis from multiple sources and identify learning objectives to determine the skills and knowledge gaps that the organization needs to address. Collaborate in a consultative manner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to gather information, review content, and propose effective instructional design techniques. reputed company instructional materials which include needs analysis, storyboards, eLearning modules, training videos, assessments, graphic/multimedia designs, and documentation/job aids/guides. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including setting deadlines, coordinating, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and reputed company budget. Develops and deploys interactive e-learning courses and training modules. Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate online teaching mechanisms. Develops project documentation, including e-learning and video development standards, templates and storyboards.
