Job Responsibilities
As a Partner Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of cutting-edge live chat automation capabilities. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business partners, to deliver products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the acquisition and integration of reputed company product discovery efforts and defining product requirements that drive customer experience reputed company
- Influencing customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to evaluate the performance of existing solutions and reputed company future capabilities
- Working with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments

- Leading customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identifying ways to improve the experience

- Maintaining and refining the product backlog, prioritizing customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user while focusing on business value
- Supporting the definition and development of the product strategy, roadmap, and release plan, and generally customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a reputed company field
- Strong interest in understanding how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial reputed company and bias towards action
- Passion for excellent products and services, able to empathize with customers, and skilled at articulating product functionality
