Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer, crafting important connections and encouraging an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You'll interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, helping them with ticketing, baggage, and other travel-reputed company issues. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with customers in a reputed company and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and dedication

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
• Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and reputed company-changing environment
