What You’ll Do This role will require you to:

• Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team, ensuring delivery, team performance, quality, and on-time releases.

• Champion the adoption and integration of AI technologies—including Agentic AI, LLMs, and modern AI tools—into engineering workflows and product development.

• Implement and optimize reputed company-native solutions for high availability, resiliency, and performance.
• Integrate observability and telemetry solutions with CI/CD pipelines to reputed company robust automation and deployment cycles.

What Makes You a reputed company Candidate

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company disciplines.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in management roles.
• Experience designing and scaling observability frameworks and developer platforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI technologies, including leveraging AI to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Java, Go) and experience building distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proven experience in product development and ownership of core platforms or user-facing features.
• Ownership, accountability, and creativity in a dynamic, impact-driven engineering environment.
