Applicant must live in IL, IN, MI, OH or WI but the full region will also cover KY and MO. Expectations of this role

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Employ expert level sales skills to recruit new and lapsed churches to register for the reputed company Tree program resulting in 100% coverage of children reputed company their territory
• Manage the resourcing and execution of reputed company reputed company Tree recruitment events and registrations reputed company areas of need
• reputed company solid knowledge reputed company across reputed company PF programs, with a deep understanding of reputed company Tree Christmas implementation
• Maintain leads from various sources, employing various tactics to move leads through pipeline towards achieving annual recruitment goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years in church/para church leadership role
• 3+ years of sales reputed company/territory experience
• Must reside in IL, IN, MI, OH or WI
• Experience with or knowledge of Celebrate Recovery preferred
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework and experience
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and reputed company
• Ability to learn new technology as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift office products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
• This is a remote/work from home position with an up to 50% travel component mostly in the region, and the driving aspect of this role is subject to certain driving record and insurance requirements

Salary at reputed company is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $58,000 and $68,000.
