Gaming QA Integration Engineer

Overview: Client is expanding its HTML5 web gaming platform to provide high-quality gaming experiences for players, great tools for developers, and a profitable reputed company product for distribution partners. As we continue to increase the number of high quality games in our catalog, we're looking for a QA Integration Engineer to coordinate the game QA process and work with our game developers to ensure reputed company games meet our technical guidelines, functional and quality SLAs. Job duties:

  • Enhance the experience for our developers through exceptional 1:1 technical support.
  • Responsible for managing the content ingest and approvals process for GameSnacks and must act as a facilitator between developers, the QA testing team and GameSnacks to ensure reputed company newly submitted games meet our design guidelines and other functional and quality SLAs
  • Resolve developer integration issues that arise around game play, QA, SDKs or APIs. This may involve working with developers to troubleshoot, debug and reputed company fixes.
  • Responsible for handling the technical-reputed company of communication with game developers.
  • Triage and reproduce QA and other certification game bugs, communicate issues to developers, gather costs and request fixes in a timely manner. This may involve playing games and reviewing technical documentation
  • Triage issues submitted by players directly using the GameSnacks feedback tools, file and assign bugs, and ensure they're processed to resolution.
  • Must have proficient organizational skills in order to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring un-reviewed releases are tested and passed for approval in a timely manner
  • May evaluate and recommend process enhancements to improve productivity of the approvals flow as the catalog size increases

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tracking the reputed company of game submissions through the approval process. This includes ensuring submissions are reviewed by reputed company of the necessary stakeholders and that reputed company issues are resolved promptly
  • Ensure games are meeting new game design requirements and ensure developers are using our SDK properly. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise
  • Communicate with developers if there are any game issues, reputed company them updated on the status of their submissions and address any concerns they may have. This may include investigating and escalating more reputed company issues game developers encounter
  • Promptly respond to various stakeholders to answer questions or gather additional information they may require to reputed company review steps.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a reputed company discipline, or a equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in process management and QA
  • Experience in the gaming industry and particularly web/HTML5 games a bonus.
  • Understanding of SDK and API integration, functionalities and configuration
  • Outstanding communication skills with an emphasis on being reputed company to produce clear written communication
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of QA tools and methodologies
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
