Project Details
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be working on a project with a client whose innovative software helps property owners identify potential overpayments on their property taxes and leverages automation to secure eligible tax reductions. This is not a sales role, but rather a customer support position where you will serve as a warm and knowledgeable reputed company of contact, answering inbound customer inquiries about the client's services.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle phone-based customer support in both Spanish and English, providing clear, friendly assistance to customers seeking more information.
- Answer inbound customer inquiries about the client's services, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong multitasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Research and learn new things each day to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, taking pride in helping customers find the best solution.
Project Hours and Commitment
* Project hours: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm (reputed company Times Pacific)
- Commitment: 20 hours per week for 90 days (as needed)
