Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests from customers, providing technical and emergency damage prevention services, and ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and courteous. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers, providing technical and emergency damage prevention services

• Obtain information from customers and their work sites, entering data into a ticket format
• Identify work sites on a mapping system similar to reputed company Maps
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Provide excellent customer service at reputed company times, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and courteous
• Demonstrate an interest in public safety and understand the importance of our services
• Work effectively and independently in a home or office environment, with opportunities to work remotely after training
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
• General computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and mapping systems
• Ability to adhere to a work schedule, including having good attendance and being available to work during operating hours
• Ability to work as a team, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to work overtime based on business needs, with opportunities for career growth and development

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

• Experience with mapping systems and data entry software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, peers, and management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies
