Key Responsibilities

• Provide communication support, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing member communications
• Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in reputed company CRM
• Assist with member communication activities, including emails, reputed company calls, and other digital channels
• Collect data, track membership statistics, and prepare reports on key metrics
