Position Purpose
As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Credit, you will work under immediate direction to maintain sound customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. You will provide timely responses to customer inquiries, process credits on behalf of customers, and reputed company other duties as assigned.
