As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs at blithequark, you'll be a vital member of our Corporate Affairs Team reputed company the Government Affairs Division. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell reputed company travel on blithequark, while also providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
