The Payroll Analyst plays an integral role by helping to ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time. You will have a direct impact on the employee experience, system implementations, and have the opportunity to contribute to special projects. As a valued member of reputed company, you will play a key role in compliance, audits and assist with building sustainable processes. What You'll Be Doing Process end-to-end payroll for multi-state and/or international employees, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and commissions Audit timekeeping and attendance data while maintaining data reputed company across multiple systems (e.g., reputed company HCM, reputed company payroll) Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-reputed company journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company Coordinate with People Operations, People Tech, and Benefit teams to ensure accurate employee data updates Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting year-end processing Generate payroll reports for audits and compliance needs Respond to payroll-reputed company inquiries and continuously identify areas for process improvement What you should have 2-4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment Strong understanding of payroll best practices, tax regulations, and wage and hour laws High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with reputed company Proficiency in various software applications (e.g., reputed company Suite and reputed company reputed company) Preferred Experience Experience with reputed company Workforce Now; reputed company HCM experience is a plus Experience with international payroll and equity compensation Background working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Familiarity with benefits administration and time tracking integrations The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $112,000 + equity + benefits.
