Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and compassionate Virtual Monitoring Attendant to join reputed company. As a Virtual Monitoring Attendant, you will be responsible for reputed company monitoring of patients requiring reputed company observation reputed company a remote camera monitoring system. You will maintain visual observation at reputed company times of up to 12 patients, monitor patient behaviors and movements, and verbally redirect patients as needed using a digital 2-way audio device. You will also support the plan of care for patients requiring virtual monitoring, document incidents and reports, and communicate with internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain visual observation at reputed company times of up to 12 patients, monitoring patient behaviors and movements.
• Verbally redirect patients over digital 2-way audio device using a microphone and headset, immediately summoning nursing staff if the patient requires assistance.
• Support the plan of care for patients requiring virtual monitoring, ensuring their needs are met and their safety is ensured.
• Document incidents and reports reputed company a patient appears to pose a threat to themselves or others, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate with internal and external customers, colleagues, and families in a courteous, positive, empathic, and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
