Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers reputed company phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Assist customers with eligibility and enrollment for reputed company and reputed company Health Plans on the Exchange.
• Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to reputed company tasks and duties.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of reputed company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives to ensure delivery of high-quality service.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be a reputed company of the state of Maryland.
• Have prior call center experience, with a strong background in customer service.
• Possess a personal computer with at least an i5 processor or higher and a high-speed internet reputed company.
• Be available for a QC Interview with the Client during the week of September 16-20th and attend the reputed company Job Preview on September 27th.
• Pass a State Policy Exam with a score of 80% or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Training and Schedule

• Post-training schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, 8-hour day shift.
