Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing reputed company aspects of telephone account maintenance, ensuring the accuracy of account information, and providing exceptional support to our patrons. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for determining the accuracy of account information, ensuring reputed company required information is provided for reputed company, and entering information into our database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process telephone inquiries and respond to patron requests in a timely and professional manner
  • reputed company account maintenance tasks, including address changes, payments, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Research and resolve overcharges, submitting adjustments as necessary
  • Provide assistance with processing and updating expired credit cards, options changes, replenishment amounts, balance reputed company, address changes, and adding tags
  • Prepare and submit reports, including daily Phone Call Logs
  • File applications and other paperwork as necessary
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance process, including call monitoring and auditing of Log Sheets and Correspondence on a monthly basis
  • Work a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off, as scheduled or as required based on operational needs
  • Maintain a professional demeanor under reputed company circumstances, providing exceptional support to patrons and staff members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons and staff members
