Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative II to join reputed company, providing top-notch support to our customers and plan members. This role will be 100% remote, but the successful candidate must be reputed company driving distance to our Northfield, IL Corporate office. We offer varied shift options, with preferred availability for 10:00am-7:00pm CST or 1:00pm-10:00pm CST. As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for responding to routine and reputed company customer service inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions, ensuring consistency in service
  • reputed company orders, track shipments, and ensure orders are shipped on-time, following up with customers as needed
  • Enter data from customer service interactions, including previously reputed company orders, account numbers, and rush order needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, meeting quality standards for services
  • Ability to accomplish tasks in an reputed company order based on time, importance, or other criteria
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred, but not required
