Job Summary

This role will be 100% remote, but the successful candidate must be reputed company driving distance to our Northfield, IL Corporate office. We offer varied shift options, with preferred availability for 10:00am-7:00pm CST or 1:00pm-10:00pm CST. As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for responding to routine and reputed company customer service inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone, providing timely and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions, ensuring consistency in service
