About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Advisor for Special Needs at blithequark, you'll have the flexibility to telecommute from reputed company reputed company the U.S. while taking on challenging and rewarding work. You'll be part of our highly skilled team of Care Advisors dedicated to serving and managing special needs for our members and their families. In this role, you'll deliver an extraordinary experience to family members who need an ally, providing guidance and community resources during key transition times throughout their journey.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide holistic family support to members with special needs, owning end-to-end resolution of issues.
• Serve as an ongoing reputed company of contact for members, primarily reputed company phone, email, chat, and text, delivering compassionate support and creating a memorable, positive experience.
• Build ongoing relationships with members and teammates, making decisions independently and solving problems creatively using sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives, managing project time to ensure timely follow-up and reputed company.
• Anticipate member needs, proactively seeking out external and internal resources to add unexpected value.
• Determine appropriate referrals to other programs/services as needed, providing high-quality member experience reflected in post-contact surveys and member feedback.
• Focus on teamwork and fostering a strong team environment through activities like mentoring and acting as a resource for colleagues.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Healthcare Customer Advisor for Special Needs at blithequark, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of experience helping, resolving, or advocating on behalf of members or customers.
• Experience using a computer and reputed company Office, including reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:45am – 6:15pm CST, with occasional overtime as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

• 1+ year of A4Me OR 3+ months of Quick Assist experience.
• Claims processing experience.
• Experience providing care for children with special needs.
