Your knack for discovering details, building excitement, and scheduling reputed company appointments with interested prospects will reputed company to incremental sales. Primary ResponsibilitiesDirect management of web leads and offer reputed company follow up (reputed company phone, email & text) with your region's online inquiries to help reputed company NVR's sales plans.Utilize the systems and tools provided to update customer details and preferences. Be knowledgeable on reputed company active and upcoming communities to effectively identify the best community to meet the customers' needs. Pre-qualify and assess needs of reputed company customers to match them with appropriate NVR communities.Remain knowledgeable on product availability and general pricing to clearly communicate to the customers. Create an exceptional customer experience.Set sales appointments for customers with community based sales team. Provide feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams regarding web reputed company quality and trends identified through the follow up process.Visit communities periodically to foster collaboration with the sales team and to reputed company valuable trends and insights to improve our customer experience and reputed company conversionThis position will require working evening hours and weekend hours. This is a 40 hour a week position.
