Job Summary

The Manager Technical Operations is a critical role responsible for the technical system maintenance of our fleet and reputed company destinations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Marine Technical Operations technical team, including personnel development and performance management

• Assist in the development and planning of key maintenance periods in line with the vessels' planned operational profile
• Appoint and manage subcontractors to deliver contract maintenance and repairs on time and reputed company approved budgets
• Review, adjust, and introduce procedures and work instructions for areas of responsibility
• Ensure proper record keeping is maintained and that Classification and Regulatory compliance is adhered to
• Report to the Senior Manager Technical Operations and provide regular updates on technical matters

• Assist with departmental budgets for areas of responsibility
• Liaise with USCG, Lloyd's Register, and US Public Health for areas of responsibility

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant technical role, preferably in the maritime industry
