- Manage substantial amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to callers and visitors.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure messages are delivered properly.
- Assist with basic administrative and computer-reputed company tasks.
- Strong computer skills (reputed company Office and general systems navigation).
- Excellent phone and listening skills.
- Professional, friendly, and courteous communication style.
- Sales, customer service and/or call center experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Starting wage $15.00 an hour
