About the Role
As an Architect at reputed company, you'll play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of reputed company structural components of offices reputed company A&FE support regions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life, from concept to completion, while ensuring compliance with California building regulations and construction guidelines. Your expertise will help drive the reputed company of our projects, and you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting initiatives, including shops, rides, hotels, shows, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including FAM, WDI, Amusement, and Activities teams, to reputed company and implement project plans
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on architectural design, execution, and stewardship
- reputed company and maintain project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Review and analyze designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes and park standards
- Serve as the reputed company's representative, providing input on constructability, efficiency, and long-term viability
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at reputed company levels, both verbally and in writing
Essential Qualifications
- California State Designer Permit
- 2-4 years of work experience as an authorized Draftsman in reputed company design fields, with at least 2 years of field-reputed company experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of reputed company phases of design and construction
- Knowledge of local codes and national standards
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or reputed company field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Disneyland School Program or Temporary position
