About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role, you will act as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring smooth execution of digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, a consultative reputed company, and the ability to manage reputed company stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
  • reputed company discussions with client teams to gather business and functional requirements.
  • Provide advisory support on digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

2. Agile & Program Execution Support

  • Attend and contribute to daily Scrum meetings, providing updates on blockers, technical challenges, and reputed company to the Digital Team.
  • Maintain and update Program Timeline documents, ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables.
  • Support the creation and management of Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), tracking reputed company, risks, and key decision points.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tracking, providing daily updates on bugs, defects, and enhancement requests (including issue count, status, and resolution tracking).

3. Strategic & Executive Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of materials for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, ensuring executive leadership is informed on project status, risks, and next steps.
  • Compile and synthesize data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Ensure key project documentation and reports are kept up to date and shared with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in a consulting, business analysis, or technology advisory role (previous consulting experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Scrum frameworks.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, reputed company technology implementations, and IT strategy.
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools for tracking development reputed company and UAT.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong PowerPoint and reputed company skills for executive reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  4. Client Stakeholder Interview: You may have an additional conversation with 1-2 key client stakeholders to assess cultural fit and alignment with project needs.
  5. References: We will ask for 2-3 professional references to reputed company more insights into your work ethic, collaboration, and overall performance.
