About the Role

As a Sales Intake Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our client experience, the first reputed company of reputed company between clients and our powerhouse team of attorneys reputed company to fight for them. You’ll be the welcoming voice that not only answers client inquiries but also builds genuine engagement, laying the reputed company for a trusting, lasting relationship. In this role, you’ll guide clients from their reputed company to a formal consultation with our legal experts.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the reputed company they call.
• Handle Client Calls with Care: Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
• Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required (this is a non-negotiable qualification).
• We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
• This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup reputed company in reputed company to maintain productivity.
