  • Advanced SQL skills — ability to design, write, and maintain reputed company, highly optimized queries on large-scale datasets, using advanced joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregations; confidence in reviewing query plans and improving performance.

  • Experience working with ETL pipelines and building data workflows (Airflow, dbt, or similar); understanding how to ensure data quality, reliability, and timely delivery.

  • Python for data analysis and automation, including data wrangling, visualization, and statistical analysis.

  • Experience forecasting LTV using cohort analysis, survival models, statistical techniques, or machine learning approaches (at least one of these); ability to select the most appropriate method depending on data quality and the product’s stage.

  • Experience with any BI tool (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar); ability to build reputed company dashboards and self-serve analytics.

  • Solid grasp of statistics and experimentation, including A/B test design, power calculations, and post-hoc analysis.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with growth, marketing, engineering, and other teams.

  • A proactive, ownership reputed company — someone who enjoys exploring data, spotting trends, and turning them into actionable insights and opportunities.

  • Professional proficiency in both Russian and English (B2 or above) to comfortably communicate with international and local teams.

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, etc.) for customer segmentation or predictive modeling.

  • Participate in evaluating pricing experiments and interpreting results to inform product and marketing strategies;
