The Opportunity
As the Head of Talent, you will be the founding member of our in-house leadership/executive search function, responsible for designing and executing on search strategy as well as introducing the function to the organization. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic reputed company and a passion for creating a best-in-class, repeatable, and fair hiring process for a pioneer in robotics. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture by ensuring we attract and hire the best leaders in the industry.
