We are seeking an reputed company and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Miami, FL, as a Hybrid Remote- Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, answering inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is a critical role that requires a high level of customer service skills, knowledge of health information management (HIM) and/or Release of Information (ROI) systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer inbound calls from members and providers, identify, evaluate, and prioritize their needs, questions, and concerns.
• Provide Timely Resolutions: Formulate plans of resolution and respond appropriately and reputed company to customer inquiries.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Maintain and restore customer satisfaction by partnering with other teams as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service-reputed company field is preferred.
• Great Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Multitasking Ability: The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
