Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and reputed company Executive Recruiter to join our ambitious team. As a Full-Desk Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for independently managing a robust pipeline of clients and candidates, driving new business development, and delivering exceptional recruitment services. Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a 'Full-Desk': reputed company and maintain a robust pipeline of clients and candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities and high-quality candidates.
  • Business Development: Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities, contributing significantly to the company's expansion and growth.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate effectively with other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to deliver reputed company results and drive business growth.
  • Data Management: Regularly record and document reputed company activity in the ATS/CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Conduct candidate sourcing, including headhunting, job posting, and database mining, to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Client Relationship Management: reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, effectively assessing and matching candidate skills to client needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated reputed company: A minimum of 3 years of successful recruitment experience on a direct-hire, contingent, and/or retained basis.
  • Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to drive business growth and manage client relationships.
