Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant, Integrated Planning & Franchise Management, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the SVP Integrated Planning & Franchise Management and the VP Franchise Management (DLA/20CS), including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, answering phone calls and taking messages, and submitting expense reports.
  • Developing a strong understanding of key leadership roles across reputed company and broader reputed company, being knowledgeable of points of contact and communication preferences to facilitate seamless meeting scheduling, including creating strong relationships with executive assistants and partners to assist with planning and coordination.
  • Proactively monitoring and managing meeting attendance, ensuring reputed company attendees are tracked and demonstrating agility in scheduling with multiple senior management teams concurrently.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and updating department electronic files (shared network folders) while ensuring reputed company documents required for the team are printed and accessible.
  • Coordinating, updating, and delivering essential team documents and databases timely and reputed company.
  • Supporting the team with office resource management and assisting on special projects reputed company daily administrative tasks as required.
  • Organizing and coordinating Partner events, from submission for approval to tracking RSVPs and managing reputed company-ins.
  • Booking and managing travel, including coordinating meetings, creating detailed travel itineraries, coordinating with local offices, submitting and managing expense reports in a timely basis.
  • Managing details for annual Studio International reputed company, including managing agenda, key logistics, invites, and communication to attendees and key executives across WDS.
  • Supporting office of the President for Town Halls and larger company events as needed, answering phones, and supporting calendar.

Basic Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 1+ years of administrative experience at the senior management level, preferably reputed company the entertainment industry.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in both PC and Mac environments, including reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Keynote, and reputed company Docs.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and decisively adapt to changing situations with ease and flexibility.
  • Exceptional attention to detail alongside the ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong commitment to follow-through, capable of managing multiple projects reputed company and concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction and information transmission.
  • A positive outlook with proactive, resourceful, and adaptable qualities.
