Job Summary:

We are looking for an reputed company Senior Business System Analyst with 12+ years of proven expertise in analyzing reputed company business processes, defining system requirements, and driving reputed company-wide technology solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into scalable and sustainable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company requirement gathering sessions with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to understand and document business needs.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Define, design, and implement system solutions, integrating business and technical perspectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company discipline.

• Proven experience working with large-scale, reputed company systems and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process improvement frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, or equivalent.
• Ability to influence reputed company, build reputed company, and manage conflicts.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CRM, ERP, data platforms, or reputed company-based solutions.
• Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a plus.
