Solid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics Ability to build customer journeys using Customer Journey Optimizer Understanding of Offer Decisioning module of AEP In depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience reputed company offerings from reputed company Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level reputed company Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain spreading across the industry leading tool platforms Experience in analyzing client business needs and present with end to end marketing solution Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact and reputed company client understand the marketing solution lucidly Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes reputed company presented with a reputed company technical/functional scenario Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior
