• Work with technology, sales and client onboarding teams to grow the business to one million devices by 2027 across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America
• Define the product strategy and associated delivery roadmap to realise our vision of low carbon heating, mobility and household energy supply
• Act as a thought leader in residential reputed company tech, help solve business problems for our retail customers in a way that we can repeat across the globe; allowing us to accelerate the energy transition

• To demonstrate credibility, knowledge of the European or North American electricity markets is important. Any experience of regulated markets or distribution-retailers would be reputed company valuable.

• To be able to work in an ambiguous, dynamic environment, and be comfortable with uncertainty and constant change. Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at reputed company levels of the organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interact with people with varying levels of technical knowledge. Working proficiency in European languages is a plus.

This role can be based working-from-home with travel on a regular basis to our offices or other locations as required.
