For more information, visit www.jobs.premisehealth.com. As a Full Time Nurse Practitioner (NP), you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Blaine, WA. The scheduled hours anticipated will be Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm and rotating Fridays, 8:00am-12:00pm. No nights, weekends or holidays! Our setting allows for more time providing quality care to patients. Join us and experience the difference! Position is also eligible to receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus. What You'll Do

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements reputed company to clinical operations and manages required physical evaluations (OSHA, DOT, CDC, etc.)
• Conducts fitness for duty and return to work physical exams as requested
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Provides medically appropriate care to injured workers using evidence-based guidelines, expedites the return to meaningful work, and collaborates with the TPA and client to quarterback case management
• Implements and monitors transitional duty programs for injured workers
• Develops patient care plans, records reputed company, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Collaborates with Medical director and client stakeholders on Health Promotion programs, surveillance needs, and other reputed company safety/injury prevention opportunities
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Maintains state RN licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains NP licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode reputed company, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (reputed company ROPES registration)
• reputed company national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
• reputed company certification with hands-on training in AHA, reputed company or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Board certification in occupational health (COHN/COHN-S/COHN-S/CM) preferred

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $128,000 - $160,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the reputed company offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0769 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours reputed company to schedule throughout the calendar year.
